Description
DataScan is a system for processing and storing data on the movement of medicines through the distribution network. It makes supply chains transparent, tracks balances, maintains sales statistics and provides other valuable information.
For product categories:
Medicinal products
How it works
DataScan helps the customer to plan production based on accurate figures. Based on data from the FGIS MDLP, the system monitors the entire supply chain and builds convenient and detailed reports. For example,
- shows the remains of each item in a certain warehouse or in a certain pharmacy. If necessary, you can get data for the whole region;
- provides detailed product sales statistics. In particular, based on it, it is possible to determine which drug is in the greatest demand, during which periods sales peak;
- It shows in what sequence the owners of the drug series changed, who received and shipped how many units.
In DataScan, you can flexibly configure the geography of the data for the report and view statistics for previous periods.
Where does DataScan get the data from
DataScan receives all information from the FGIS MDLP. It records the majority of drug transactions (shipment, acceptance, sale at the checkout) that occur in both the wholesale and retail chain. The federal system tracks the date and time, region, contractors, and other parameters. Updates data on the actual availability of medicines from contractors and the number of sales on a daily basis.
