- Expanded. Service hours - from 8:00 to 20:00 Moscow Standard Time (GMT +3). Critical Incident resolution time - up to 6 hours. We set up a chat with technical support staff.
- Premium. Service hours are 24 hours a day. Critical Incident resolution time - up to 4 hours. We set up a chat with technical support staff. Also, a personal manager is assigned.
